Terms of Use
Effective date: November 9, 2026
This is the same text you see in the app (Settings → About).
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MLZ IPTV Player application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App is a media player only
The App is a media player. It does not provide, host, sell or distribute any TV channels, movies, series or other content. To see content in the App you must add a source you obtained yourself (an Xtream Codes account, an M3U playlist or an XMLTV guide URL).
2. You are responsible for your sources
You alone are responsible for ensuring that the playlists and sources you add are lawful and that you have the right to use them. Watching or distributing copyrighted content without permission may be illegal. Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
3. No third-party affiliation
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed or approved by any IPTV provider, TV channel, broadcaster or content owner. Channel names, logos and artwork shown by your sources belong to their respective owners.
4. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent or resell the App.
5. Paid features and refunds
If paid features or subscriptions are offered in the App, purchases and subscriptions are made through the store you got the App from (such as Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account in that store. Refunds are handled under that store's refund policy. Paid features only unlock App functionality and never include content.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". There is no guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or source. The quality and availability of streams depend entirely on your source.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, from the sources you add or from their content. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from any claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the App in breach of these Terms or the law, in particular from adding unauthorized content sources.
9. Time limit for claims
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim relating to the App or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the event giving rise to it; otherwise the claim is permanently barred.
10. Copyright notices
Because the App hosts no content, notices about a stream that infringes copyright must be sent to the source that provides that stream. If you believe the App itself (its software, design or text) infringes your rights, contact us at support@mlzplayer.com.
11. Privacy
The App does not send personal data about you to the developer. The computer versions check the developer's update server for new versions; what that check involves and what is stored on your device are described in the Privacy Policy (Settings → About → Privacy policy).
12. Termination
Your license ends automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
13. Changes
These Terms may be updated. For material changes the App will show the new text at startup and ask for your consent. If you do not accept, you cannot continue using the App.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
15. Governing law and language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. The Terms are provided in Turkish and English; in case of conflict, the Turkish text prevails.
